We are looking for a marketer that has hands-on experience reporting data-driven insights to support our marketing team’s strategic decisions. This role will be pivotal in gathering and communicating insights from digital marketing channels, campaigns, and tools and how they impact business value.This role plays a crucial part in understanding marketing effectiveness, identifying trends and providing insights to enhance marketing initiatives. This role presents an incredible opportunity to develop standard, repeatable marketing performance dashboard that will help measure KPIs to reflect impact and success against business objective and goals. The role will sit within the Authorize.net brand of Visa Acceptance Solutions, an open, digital payments management platform.This Position Will Be Responsible For:Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to understand the effectiveness of digital media channels and marketing campaigns.Measurement of ROI for both online and offline advertising campaigns.Regular reporting on marketing KPIs such as leads, conversion rates, website performances, social media engagements, and email campaign metrics.Support for inter-technology integration to automate manual processes.Align with budget planning and finance business partner to manage forecast and budgeted spend, revenue and return on investment.Use data visualization tools like Datorama to present data in a clear, concise manner that informs decision making.Work closely with the marketing team to understand goals and define metrics for the programs/initiatives.Identify trends and insights in data to optimize spend and performance.Active management of marketing attributions for tracking and reporting performance.Management of ad-hoc reporting in Tableau.Ensure accuracy of data reporting and provide regular reports to the marketing team and senior management.Assist in the preparation of regular marketing reports for stakeholders and senior management.Monitoring of budget distribution and management of invoicing, billings, and spend analytics.This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.QualificationsBasic Qualifications:2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)Preferred Qualifications:3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)Knowledge and experience with the gamut of marketing tools including but not limited to Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Sprinklr, Twitter, YouTube, CRM (MSD preferred).Experience in gathering and communicating digital and marketing campaign insights.Intermediate knowledge of data visualization tool (Tableau, Datorama, Power BI etc.).Experience working with and corralling information across multiple stakeholders including internal and external partners and agencies to gather metrics and KPIs that support digital marketing and operations goals.Excellent analytical skills with ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data, to present with impact to a variety of stakeholders.Ability to extract learnings and improvement opportunities for digital campaigns.Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.Proven ability to thrive in high pressure situations and a fast paced and matrixed environment.Comfortable in juggling multiple projects while quick to adapt to shifting priorities.Innovative and curious, positive, and proactive – always looking for ways to do things better.Travel Requirements:This position requires the incumbent to travel for work up to 10% of the time.Additional InformationWork Hours:

The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 102,300.00 to 130,500.00 USD, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
