Warehouse Manager

As we continue to expand our operations, we're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to join our team. We are located in Lafayette, Louisiana.* Job Description:As the Warehouse Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse and fulfillment processes. You will oversee all aspects of inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping logistics to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day warehouse operationsImplement and maintain efficient inventory management systems to accurately track stock levels and optimize warehouse space.Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely receipt of inventory and resolve any discrepancies or issues.Supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management, to maintain a motivated and productive team.Oversee order fulfillment processes, including picking, packing, and shipping orders in a timely manner.Ensure accuracy and quality control throughout the fulfillment process, minimizing errors and discrepancies.Collaborate with other departments to address any inventory or fulfillment-related issues.Continuously evaluate and improve warehouse processes to streamline operations and reduce costs.Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, order fulfillment metrics, and warehouse performance for management review.Qualifications:Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment.Strong understanding of inventory management principles and best practices.Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with team members and external partners.Proficiency in warehouse management software and Excel.Leadership abilities, with a track record of effectively managing and motivating a team.Problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.Knowledge of shipping logistics and regulations.
