About the OpportunitySchedule:
Monday to Friday (1 Saturday per month; will get day off during that week)Hours:
8am to 5pm (40 hours per week)Setting:

The Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) will:
Deliver exceptional patient care by utilizing advanced nursing skills and expertiseStay up-to-date with the latest medical advancements and technology to provide evidence-based and quality healthcare servicesMaintain accurate and detailed medical records.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to meet the holistic healthcare needs of patientsFoster a compassionate and patient-centered environmentQualifications:
Successful completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner programNYS Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) licenseExperience in an outpatient setting and familiarity with Community Health Center operationsCulturally competent with skills/experience working with diverse populationsYour privacy is important to us.
