A healthcare network in New York City is currently seeking a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join their growing team in Brooklyn.
About the Opportunity Schedule:
Monday to Friday (1 Saturday per month; will get day off during that week) Hours:
8am to 5pm (40 hours per week) Setting:
Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) Patient Population:
Outpatient Ambulatory Responsibilities:
The Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) will:
Deliver exceptional patient care by utilizing advanced nursing skills and expertise Stay up-to-date with the latest medical advancements and technology to provide evidence-based and quality healthcare services Maintain accurate and detailed medical records. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to meet the holistic healthcare needs of patients Foster a compassionate and patient-centered environment Qualifications:
Successful completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program NYS Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license Experience in an outpatient setting and familiarity with Community Health Center operations Culturally competent with skills/experience working with diverse populations Your privacy is important to us.
