About the OpportunitySchedule:
Monday to Friday, 40 hours/weekHours:
8:00am to 5:00pm, 1 Saturday/month (will get day off during the week)Setting:
Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)Patient Population:
Outpatient AmbulatoryResponsibilities:
The Primary Care Physician will:
Provide primary care services to patients of all agesDiagnose and treat a variety of medical conditionsCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated patient careParticipate in continuing education and professional development activitiesQualifications:
Current unrestricted NYS medical licenseUnrestricted DEA certificate, Infection Control and Basic Life Support certificationsBoard Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (MD or DO)Experience in an Outpatient settingFamiliarity with Community Health Center operationsCulturally competent with skills/experience working with diverse populationsYour privacy is important to us.
