The Family / Internal Medicine Physician will be responsible for:
Perform history and physical assessments, as indicatedProvide services in accordance with generally acceptable standards of medical practiceDevelop a plan of treatment/care for the patient that also includes education and follow-up visitsMake referrals, as indicated by the needs of the patientCommunicate with other healthcare providers related to diagnosis, treatment and plan for the patient either verbally and/or through documentation in the medical recordMaintain current and complete documentation in the medical record that reflects the care and services provided to the patientPerform other duties, as neededQualifications:
Licensed to practice medicine in the State of New YorkBoard Certification in Internal Medicine and/or Family MedicineYour privacy is important to us.
