A Long Island based health system is looking to add a licensed Physician, with a Family and/or Internal Medicine background, to join their staff at one of their outpatient facilities in Suffolk County, Long Island.
Responsibilities:
The Family / Internal Medicine Physician will:Perform history and physical assessments as indicated by his/her specialty areaDevelop a plan of treatment/care for the patient, including education and follow-up visitsMake referrals, as indicated by the needs of the patientMaintain current and complete documentation in the medical record that reflects the care and services provided to the patientPerform other duties, as neededQualifications:
Licensed to practice Medicine in the State of New YorkBoard Eligible / Certified in Family and/or Internal Medicine
