The Primary Care Physician will:
Provide primary care services to patients 16+Diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditionsHelp build out the new primary care siteQualifications:
Current unrestricted NYS medical licenseUnrestricted DEA certificate, Infection Control and Basic Life Support certificationsBoard Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (MD or DO)Your privacy is important to us.
