We are dedicated to helping victims of these horrible crimes heal the wounds of their abuse by empowering them through the legal process.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time Senior Associate Attorney position located in the Silicon Valley area, with at least 4 days in office required. The ideal candidate will have significant experience handling all aspects of personal injury claims from inception through and including trial.We offer a competitive salary and complete benefits package, combined with a great working environment.QualificationsMust have 10+ years civil litigation experience, including arguing and attending hearings, drafting motions, attending mediations/arbitrations.Must have experience drafting and responding to discovery.Must have conducted at least 50+ depositions.Must have experience preparing cases for trial, including preparing Motions in Limine and prepping witnesses.Trial experience required.Personal Injury experience is preferred, but not required.Licensed with the CA State Bar.
