We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Quality Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and quality of our products and procedures through rigorous inspections, implementation of quality control measures, and identification of areas of improvement.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (Aerospace Preferred)1-3 years of experience in the field of engineeringKnowledge of Aerospace standards (ex. AS9100, ISO9001)Knowledge of Corrective Actions, RMA's, and MRB'sExperience in the manufacturing industry preferredAbility to read blueprintsAble to lift up to 30 lbs.Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Job Responsibilities : (will include but not be limited to)
Write and amend procedures to ensure compliance to AS9100Conduct internal audits and RMAsInitiate and track internal and external corrective/preventative actionsInitiate returned parts investigation, analysis, synthesis, and customer communicationCoordinate source inspectionPerform contract reviewsPerform data package reviewsMonitor supplies process capability and quality performanceManage calibration to ensure all shop floor tools are calibrated
