Please review the job information below.GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOBPerforms professional application administration, enhancement, and maintenance for systems in support of the Driscoll Health System’s information technology department. Works alongside other analysts, developers, DBAs, Epic, network, and security teams to implement and support the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) application. Coordinates vendor activities with end user needs or participates in demos and testing vendor provided software to evaluate for possible use.Builds and implements system-wide business solutions. Evaluates existing components or systems to determine build, configuration, integration, and other technical requirements and to ensure final solutions meets the system-wide needs.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESServes as subject matter expert (SME) and primary point of contact/partner supporting the departments in designated functional area(s) for builds, administrative, security and reporting. Gathers data and information on business process steps/workflows. Clarifies requirements by observing and interviewing other SMEs, end users and other involved staff, then translates into solutions to support those needs.Maintain master data values, configurations, and reports in the ERP and/or connected systems for designated functional area(s).Works project tasks, requests, tickets, configures, tests, validates and implements Business Process changes in the ERP and/or connected systems. Implements and maintains new or existing connected applications or modules. Serves as an escalation resource and provides tier 2 and higher support to designated functional area(s).SME for current and upcoming ERP capabilities. Reads technical journals, conducts research and evaluates releases and functionality to identify opportunities and provide valuable input to improve and optimize the use of the ERP and/or connected systems.Confers with other SMEs and vendors to provide consultation to departments in designated functional area(s) building domain knowledge, reducing gaps, providing solutions and impact analyses.Prepares test data and scenarios, coordinates and assists system testing related to new or existing development, and for new product code releases. Maintains logs and ensures fixes and proper Information Systems change management are in place prior to implementation. Assists in security and annual events.Provides input and knowledge sharing with manager, leads, SMEs, team members, and clients as appropriate.Participates in scheduled and ad hoc training in order to improve policy and process acumen. Reads technical journals and attends seminars and workshops to improve knowledge base.Writes and maintains quick help sheets, workflow diagrams, and detailed documentation for reports, business processes, and configurations supporting the departments in designated functional area(s) for the ERP and/or connected systems.Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of the work.

Performs other related work as required.

Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge, skills, and abilities is qualifying. Related experience in a healthcare environment strongly preferred.Functional Analyst (level 2):

Associate degree and/or applicable technical certification(s), and/or two (2) to six (6) years of relevant technical experience.Functional Analyst Lead (level 3):

Bachelor degree and/or relevant technical certification(s), and/or more than six (6) years of relevant technical experience.About Us
