As apart of the product management team you will be responsible of the handling, management, and allocatiions of product and samples between our corporate locations. The Product management team works closely with partners in all brands to drive this effort.Overview of the Product Coordinator roleYou will perform warehouse functions including but not limited to receiving, stocking, picking, cataloging, and returns processing of Samples between our warehouse and corporate offices.ResponsibilitiesReceive product as delivered daily via Black Truck, or other; document receipt of productOpen products, dispose of packing materials as directed. Assist in the documentation process of all products including e-mail or phone notification to recipients regarding product arrivalBar-code each item and verify accurate computer entryScan location code, unit code, or item bar-code prior to placing on shelf or upon receipt of returned itemsUpdate all files daily for accurate tracking of informationAssist with picking and packing items for deliveryAssist with package recovery and client problem solving as directed or neededAssist Photo Coordinators with pull lists and changes as needed for photo processKeep warehouse/work area safe and clean according to general warehousing practices and OSHA requirementsAssist with loading/unloading trucks and delivery of product as neededAssist with re-ordering supplies as neededAssist with special product projects, and other projects as requested by Product and/or Warehouse ManagerOperate a computer and communicate via telephoneUse of system generated reports for analysis and reconciliation of inventory-related conditionsTransport materials and equipment and lift, move, and carry objects up to 70 pounds on a limited basis

CriteriaHigh School Diploma required, Associate degree preferred1-3 years of retail, customer service and warehouse environmentWell-organized, high attention to detail, deadline-orientedExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProfessional demeanor and ability to interact at the executive levelHigh level of energy, enthusiasm and motivation to make the Company successfulDemonstrated teamwork abilityBasic math skillsAbility to lift 70 lbsWorking knowledge of basic PC use including email and Microsoft WordAbility to perform work onsite in the San Francisco office full-time pending state, local, and Company return-to-work guidance during and after the COVID-19 pandemic.

The expected starting pay range for this position is $21 - $22/hr. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition to competitive pay, compensation may include a variety of other components like benefits, paid time off, merit, and bonus opportunities.
