Under the leadership of senior team members, you will own the development process for each product from sketch to approval.ResponsibilitiesTranslate trends and concepts into designs that respond to business needs for the relevant product categoryDevelop designs from initial concept through approvalPull tears and assemble conceptsCreate presentation decksDevelop designs through sketching and 3D modelingPrepare product renderingsPresent to design, merchant and leadership teamComplete product specifications and CADsOwn the development process through daily communication with the sourcing department, vendors and agentsComment on product samplesIssue product approvalsCoordinate sample presentations and organize samples

CriteriaMinimum 2-3 years professional experience required.Degree in design or equivalent experience.Experience with drafting, 3D modeling, and rendering a must (Autocad, Rhino, and Keyshot)Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Outlook are essential.

Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
