Purpose

The Operations Specialist II intake position will be responsible for processing, setting up, ordering title, and sending FDCPA letters on foreclosure referrals. These tasks must be performed with extremely high accuracy and within the client specified SLAs.

Specific Duties & Responsibilities

On-board client referralsPrepare all foreclosure FDCPA LettersData entry and data interpretationRetrieve, upload, and review mortgage documentsUnderstanding judicial and non-judicial foreclosure setup requirementsReview payment history of loan from servicerOrder Title Searches and monitor for receiptReview and prepare Demand/Breach lettersCommunicate with clients via email and clients systemsAssist with other duties and special projects as needed.Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree required - any fieldDefault/Foreclosure/Title knowledge preferredAbility to type at least 60 WPMBKFS, Tempo and, Equator experience highly preferredProficiency with Excel and other Microsoft Office productsAbility to manage and prioritize large caseloadGeneral Competencies
