Coordination Specialist
for our Brooklyn Corporate Office.

A Call Center Representative performs a wide range of clerical functions specifically related to areas such as reception, answering telephones, distributing messages, and assisting the various departments within the agency.
REQUIREMENTS :
Bilingual
Prior call center experience
Experience responding to a high call volume in real-time
Exceptional customer service skills
Ability to define problems and tasks, collect data and establish facts, take action and facilitate resolve
Ability to perform various computer functions for information concerning patient and aide scheduling and coordination
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school graduate; some college credit preferred
Experience in customer service, reception, or other work-related experience, preferably within the health care services industry
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
HHA Exchange experience a BIG PLUS
Investigative ability, highly organized, self-motivated, takes initiative, excellent written and verbal communication and analytical critical thinking skills
