System Administrator
Preferred Home Care of New York,
a fully licensed Home Care Agency serving the NY Metropolitan area including Nassau, Suffolk and Westchester counties, is seeking an
experienced , System Administrator for our Brooklyn Corporate Office who is proficient in maintaining system documentation, an independent self-starter, and pays extreme attention to detail.
QUALIFICATIONS:
3-5 years system administration experience
Knowledge of HHA Exchange a plus
Strong written and communication skills
Strong time management and follow up skills
REQUIREMENTS:
Administering and Configuring various system and communicate impact in down/upstream systems.
Support various departments and following up on vendor support with various systems.
Provide knowledge base/training for better user understanding of systems.
Issue tracking and monitoring.
Experience in healthcare preferred
Excellent written and oral communication skills
