Supervised Visitation Specialist . This role will provide value to the company by ensuring quality supervised visits for children and their biological families so they can work toward reunification. The Supervised Visitation Specialist's reporting information from these visits are used to address family progress, barriers, or concerns.

The candidate selected will be responsible for the following:
Service DeliveryThis team member will communicate with multiple agencies, biological family members and foster parents in order to schedule and carry out supervised visitations. These visits are in the home, office or community based.This team member will carry out the visitations as scheduled and per DHHR request. This team member will document the visitation for the DHHR and the Court.This team member will attend MDTs and court as requested by the state to testify to the facts of how visitation is being carried out and family progress or problems.Communicate in a responsible, courteous and professional manner with youth, foster parents, outside agencies, and others as appropriate.Provide Transportation for either the child or sometimes the biological family to and from the visitation.Program Support
Ensure documentation is completed accurately within four (4) days of serviceAssist Case Managers in areas related to clients as appropriateProvide transportation services as appropriateSchedule and maintain a calendar of visitsAccept additional tasks from self-directed work team as appropriateEnsure the confidentiality of families servedCorporate Citizen

21 Years of Age (in accordance with state regulations)High School Education (Degree Preferred)Valid Driver's LicenseMinimum of 2 Years experience working with children and/or familiesStrong communication and organizational skillsSuccessful completion of all required criminal background checksTravel and Training willingnessLimited Liability Auto Insurance Coverage of 100/300/100Must have strong technological skillsMust have the skills to navigate and execute several softwares (i.e Microsoft offices, Databases, Electronic Health Records, Dashboards)Must have the ability to identify issues and willingness to discuss with appropriate teammatesMust have the ability to adhere to scheduled and unplanned deadlinesMust have the ability to enter timely and accurate data
