Responsibilities:
Track and trace pick-ups and deliveries via phone, e-mail or onlineManage freight shipmentsEnter order information into logistics software and update order statusKeep load board up to dateContinuously follow up on shipments to ensure no problems ariseProvide proofs of delivery (PODs) to customers when requiredSchedule pick-up and delivery appointments as neededRequirements:
Proficiency in professional oral and written communicationMinimum of a high school diplomaDemonstrated success in the ability to work under pressure and multi-task effectivelyAbility to work without immediate supervisionAbility to follow a 100% in-person on-site work model
