We are growing our team and looking for an Agile Coach.

Agile Coaches have a strong vision and bias for action that helps create a workplace where employees are excited and eager to do their best every day. Agile Coaches are passionate about getting the best out of individuals and teams through the power of self-organization.

Responsibilities will include -

Applies advanced Agile subject matter knowledge on transforming enterprise software teams.Supports assessments and retrospectives to continuously improve multiple Agile teams and teams of teams.Organizes and facilitates team backlog management, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, demos, and other agile-related rituals.Measure and analyze team effectiveness and optimize productivity.Promotes Agile knowledge and best practices across the organization to maximize the agile teams' performance and effectiveness.Coach individuals and teams across the organization in iteration methods, to be collaborative and customer-focused, and to create a transparent environment that facilitates an Agile response to challenges.Run scrum-of-scrums ceremony and manage the release train across agile teams.Builds consensus through collaboration and has the ability to influence organizations on the implementation of the Agile methodology.Close partnership with the product managers and team leads to ideate, plan and execute on company vision.Champion the agile, customer-centric, cross-function culture throughout the organization and our customers.Knowledge and Skills -

Demonstrable proficiency in Agile methods, including Scrum and KanbanExperience working in an environment where Agile was applied at scale using Spotify, Scrum @ Scale, SAFe, Disciplined Agile Delivery or similar methodsExperience operating in a variety of Software Development Life Cycles (Waterfall, Iterative and Agile).Experienced facilitator able to apply various techniques to ensure effective meetings both co-located and distributed.Servant leadership.Strong leadership skills and a history of leading through influence.Experience in Fintech a plusEducation and Experience -

Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.Certified Scrum Master or similar credential preferred.5+ years Scrum Master experience, preferably in enterprise IT as part of an Agile or DevOps transformation.Extensive experience as an Agile Coach/ScrumMaster.Expert at Jira and the Atlassian product suite.Additional certifications from SAFe, Scrum@Scale, the Scrum Alliance or the Program Management Institute are a plus.Experience in leading the transition of an organization from Waterfall to Agile is desired.
