Business Development Agent.
This position will execute on our digital lead generation system. Experience working in retail automotive is not necessary. Candidates with experience working as a Sales Consultant, BDC Rep are encouraged to apply. We will offer excellent ground floor training & show you the ropes of retail automotive.Benefits:

Responsibilities:
Assist with internet business development lead management
Expect to utilize CRM daily and log incoming traffic
Generate appointments and quotes by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management
Assist customers in appropriate vehicle selection – be the product expert & sounding board
Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet
Qualifications:
Comfortable texting and emailing with customers daily
Entering leads into our CRM daily
Answering customer calls daily
Superior communication skills, both oral and written
Outstanding organizational skills
Ability to stay strong and calm in a stressful environment; must thrive under pressure
