Grow Our Own (GO2) is:
• Our rotational development program for recent graduates who desire a career in industrial sales.
• You will have the opportunity to participate in
extensive training, receive continuous mentorship, and follow a clear path to career growth.
• Training typically happens within a designated sales hub for a duration of 12 months.
• Upon successful completion of the rotational training program, you will be transferred to your designated territory.

Degree in Industrial Distribution, Engineering, Supply Chain/Distribution, Sales or related discipline is preferredCoursework or certifications in Fluid Power, Fluid Process, Fluid Conveyance, or related is preferred.Mechanical interest and AptitudeAbility to start work by or before Summer 2024Ability to potentially relocate to one of our training hubs for a period of 12 or more monthsStrong ambition to pursue a career in industrial or engineering salesOutgoing and able to build professional relationshipsClear and concise verbal and written communication skillsSelf-motivated to take responsibility for your personal developmentRelated internship or co-op is preferredGoals of the Program
You will be responsible for developing and growing sales with new and existing customersDeveloping Time and Territory Management skillsBuilding and maintaining internal relationships with key support teamsHands on training and joint sales calls with experienced Account ManagersOngoing interaction with customers problem solving their specific issues and needsOngoing internal technical/technology trainingProduct training
