Frequently collaborating with VP of Sales and their leadership team, cross-functional operational teams, and establishing engaging and effective relationships. This position will require exceptional creativity, the ability to innovate, and a "hands-on" approach to accomplish projects and goals. Strong account-based marketing, targeted account marketing, and marketing automation experience is a MUST.What will you be doing?Devise a marketing execution plan designed to support activation and acquisition of new accounts.Establish bespoke account-based marketing plans by engaging with cross functional departments and determine programs, activities, and marketing assets to achieve business and revenue objectivesExecute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns, demand generation programs, and integrated marketing campaigns to support inside Sales teams, utilizing a variety of tactics including digital, marketing automation, social media and in-person events.Collaborate with product marketing and marketing communications to create top-of-funnel marketing assets such as data sheets, customer reference stories, sales enablement tools, videos, ROI analysis, social media awareness and "air cover", demand generation programs and external communicationsMeasure and report performance against established metrics on a weekly, monthly, quarterly basis to key internal stakeholders.What do we NEED?4+ years B2B field marketing experience from a B2B technology companyMinimum 1 year of Account-based Marketing (ABM) experience in B2B technology companyKnowledge of Marketing Automation (pardot or similar) and SalesforceStrong event management & digital marketing experience is a mustKnowledge and experience in building and executing integrated multi-media marketing plans, with emphasis on Account-Based MarketingAbility to leverage data insights in the development of marketing programsExpert knowledge of marketing processes, industry best practices, and marketing automationStrong written and verbal communication skills being able to hit the ground running in establishing fundamental relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Ability to work and deliver strong results in a dynamic small team environmentExperience with content marketing programs, online and offline advertisingWhat would be a plus?Relevant degree in marketing and/or communicationsStrong project management skillsAbility to work effectively cross-functionallyStrong analytical skillsSelf-starter with the ability to work independently with little oversightStrong knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) essentialAdobe Indesign & Photoshop is a plusDesire to learn, contribute and succeed*Must be authorized to work for any employer in the USA without restriction.
