We are looking for an Account Manager to join our Advisory Department in our Los Angeles office. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing excellent client service. Our firm provides excellent compensation, benefits, wellness initiatives, and a strong career path for high performing professionals.
Responsibilities, but not limited to:
Responsible for understanding the Client’s organization and structure, knowing the product/services and keeping abreast of Client news and changesMaintains and updates Client’s recordsDevelops system tailored to each client to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts; defining bookkeeping policies and proceduresMaintains accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactionsMaintains Data faction ledgers for client entitiesPrepares credit card allocations and reconciliationsProcesses bill payments (check, electronic), bank deposits, wire transfers, invoicingProvides daily service to clients, their assistants/family/attorneys/agentsDeals with asset acquisitions and dispositions, closings and new account set upsManages client’s payroll for their office and household employeesTracks residual and fee income paymentsMaintains historical records by filing documentsPrepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trendsProcesses medical claims and necessary follow upResponsible for ad hoc requests internal or externalPrepares 1099’s and tax reporting for internal tax departmentQualifications :
5+ years of related experience within a professional services organizationOutstanding written, verbal and interpersonal skillsAbility to multi-task and shift focus as neededPossess basic accounting knowledgeStrong attention to detailMulti-taskerKnowledge of Datafaction, Microsoft Excel and WordKnowledge of Medicaid, DGA, SAG and WGA benefits
