We are looking for an
Assistant Account Manager
to join our Advisory Department. As an Assistant Account Manager, you will be responsible for:
Responsibilities:
Main Responsibility is to support and assist the Account ManagersResponsible for Bill Pay functionsEnter cash receipts and maintain commission/payment schedulesPerform bank reconciliationsPost/download and analyze credit card activity for proper codingBook payroll from outside payroll provider records with guidance from Account ManagerMaking Address changesCommunicate with vendor and resolve any vendor issuesCommunicate with all members of the internal engagement teamPost investment activity to accounting softwarePrepare 1099's with guidance from Account ManagerAssist in gathering year-end tax package documentsMaintain electronic filing system & coordinate/organize administrative requirements (filing, scanning, shredding, etc.)Administrative Duties- Filing, shredding, etc.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business (Accounting, Finance, Business Management)Outstanding written, verbal and interpersonal skillsAbility to multi-task and shift focus as neededStrong attention to detailMulti-taskerKnowledge of Quickbooks and/or Datafaction a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
