We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Audiovisual Account Manager to join our team and drive our AV projects to success.

Be an outgoing individual who can earn the trust of othersHave a strong track record of developing and maintaining successful client relationshipsOrganized personality who can stay on top of many different projects simultaneouslyThe Audiovisual Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, overseeing AV projects from conception to completion and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet or exceed client expectations. This role requires a deep understanding of AV technology, strong project management skills, and exceptional client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact.Understand clients' unique needs and objectives and collaborate with them to develop tailored AV and technology solutions.2. Project Management:
Differentiate with responsiveness.Lead AV projects, including scoping, planning, budgeting, and scheduling.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to execute projects effectively.3. Technical Expertise:
Stay up-to-date with the latest AV technologies, trends, and industry best practices.Provide technical guidance and expertise to clients and project teams.4. Proposal Development:
Collaborate with the sales team to create detailed AV proposals, including scope of work, cost estimates, and timelines.Present proposals to clients and address any questions or concerns.5. Quality Assurance:
Conduct thorough quality checks and inspections on AV systems to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.6. Financial Management:
Monitor project budgets and expenses, making adjustments as needed to ensure profitability.Prepare and present financial reports to clients and company leadership.7. Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and progress reports.Provide regular status updates to clients and internal stakeholders.Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, or a related field.Proven experience building a book of business as an Audiovisual Account Manager or in a similar role within the AV industry.Strong knowledge of audiovisual systems, equipment, and integration.Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Desired Qualifications:
At least 10 years of industry experience, with at least 3 years of Account Management Experience.BranchPatternis a great place to work!
