Account Manager for our high-growth client
across multiple valley locations in the Phoenix market ,
you are experienced on:•
Relationship building
- proactively communicating with clients and your team to exceed the clients' expectations and needs•
Management and Leadership
- over multiple crews and crew leaders•
Project Management
- Inspecting HOA landscapes for quality, services and site enhancements
The Rewards:
A leadership role in a supportive team committed to quality, team and client satisfaction!• Attractive base salary of $65 - $80K + bonus• Company vehicle• Health Insurance, Holidays, PTO, and 401K
Your Qualifications:•
Consider yourself a "grinder" -
3+ years of managing a large client portfolio•
Experience with Homeowner Association clients
- property managers and HOA boards•
Technology oriented
- experience with Aspire considered a plus
