This role is comprised of 80-90% sales and 10-20% staff management and studio operations.REQUIREMENTS:

2+ years of fitness sales experience or membership sales preferred.

Confident in generating the majority of sales and training/coaching staff to sell

Ability to work 40+ hours and be flexible hours on weekdays/weekends

Ability to work independently and collaborate with studio owner

Ability to manage and drive all revenue streams from membership sales to retail

Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the phone, over text and via email.

Ability to excel in a fast changing, diverse environment.

Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using sound reasoning and judgment.

An affinity and passion for health and wellness.

Excellent time management skills, able to summarize daily/weekly/monthly results and communicate to ownership in a timely manner

Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines and goals

Professional, punctual, reliable and neat.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information.

Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general public.

Proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, social media platforms, email marketing, CRM

DUTIES

Lead generation through Pop-up events, Grass Roots Marketing and Networking

Daily, 50+ outreach calls/texts/emails and prospecting

Drive membership sales through outside sales and business development efforts

Train & supervise Sales Associates and Flexologist staff

Proficiency in ClubReady (CRM), to include member management, reports, invoices, time clock, etc.

Independently make decisions related to high level customer service

Collect outstanding dues

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the StretchLab studio

Enforce StretchLab policies and procedures

Ensure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio literature is stocked and visible

Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions

Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio

Any other duties as assigned
