KSG is seeking a self motivated, and highly detailed individual to join our team as a Director of Business Development. The successful candidate will be an experienced and proven leader who will grow the business by identifying and developing new business opportunities across the USA.

In this role you will work closely with our executives, leadership team, and field salesforce.

By building relationships with current customers, partners, and vendors the successful candidate will be key in growing our business successfully by evaluating existing partnerships and sales efforts with an eye toward building on what works and changing what doesn't.

Requirements:

5+ years of business development management experienceProven ability to scale business successfullyHands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)Excellent communication skillsBackground in direct salesBackground with Non-Profit organizationsAbility and willingness to travel across multiple states and locationsExperience making sales projections and forecasting revenueExperience with CRM softwareFamiliarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)Understanding of sales performance metricsResearch new market opportunitiesOversee current growth project results and make recommendations for improvementsResearch and pursue new business opportunities and lead them through the sales cycleBenefits of working with us:
