WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Actively develop the customer portfolio by identifying opportunities and supporting customers within the defined range to create projects, and follow them until completion to guarantee customer satisfaction. Detect customer needs and develop solution approaches, and sales strategies by adapting existing products. Conduct customer visits and provide technical advice and support on the system design. Create awareness for HVAC products within the defined range, including the management of relevant internal and external stakeholders. Support the Product Marketing by providing market information and knowledge. Create corresponding reports if required. Establish and maintain long-term customer relationships. Create a monthly forecast and reporting regarding project-acquisition, open projects, sales results and other relevant KPI’s. Participate in trade fairs and events to support above described responsibilities. REQUIREMENTS: Relevant University Degree or equivalent practical and vocational knowledge and experience 8 - years of relevant experience in HVAC areaFluent English and Romanian languages Experience in Business Development in B2B is essential Experience in the field of project business (spec-in business) and in dealing with large customers and key accounts -Proficient understanding and know how in processes, technologies, products or other relevant field of expertise Effective utilization of recognized planning, analytical or conceptual principles and techniques Understanding and applying principles of effective project management Ability to apply financial or technical data knowledge to provide sound analyses in order to drive results significantly and support respective management decision Very strong communication and negotiation skills Excellent understanding of TCO and ROI to sell based around value WHAT WE OFFER YOU A challenging strategic role where you can actively contribute to the company's success and take on responsibilityEmployment contract for indefinite period of time with trial periodAttractive benefit packageInternational work environmentVariety of training and development opportunitiesFlexible working hours
