Essential Functions:Manage a team of 2 National Account Managers and 1 Sales AnalystManage (directly) select customers in Value ChannelBuild working relationships with corporate level Category Managers & aboveLead team to meet & exceed aggressive sales targetsLead Barcel USA's strategy, long and short term, in the Value ChannelGrow Barcel USA's In-Store presence, including new & existing product growthMaximize revenue while adhering to Barcel USA's trade budget & promotional guardrail requirements.Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute Value Channel specific initiativesOwn the P&L and Trade Spend responsibility for the Value ChannelFoster relationships with key customer contacts across multiple departments as neededLead the Joint Business Planning process with the Value Channel Commercial Team and key Customers, that includes strategic plans designed to develop organic growth, innovation to drive sales and share growth, customer marketing to support business plans and managing budgets to maximize revenueMaintain focus on assigned accounts to proactively identify opportunities, improve customer service, improve business performance, quickly and effectively respond to business challenges with sound sales solutions, and partner with other departments to meet the customer's needsCompliance with Barcel USA policies and proceduresQualifications

Knowledge of Value Channel and/or Grocery in a CPG environment (4 + years)Career trajectory of delivering results and increasing responsibilityStrong negotiation and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to influence and persuadeCDC/Warehouse experience preferredPower User Excel & PowerPointAbility to deliver compelling & persuasive presentationsStrong collaborator, team-orientedProficiency in data tools that measure and track business performanceProficiency in data analysis, forecasting, business analytics, and financial analysisDemonstrate ability to synthesize data to accurately assess situations and find actionable solutionsUnderstand the long-term business and financial implications of decisions madeUnderstands and monitors budget controls on an ongoing basisExperience with Nielsen and/or IRIWilling to travel as necessary - up to 25%
