What Will I Be DoingBuild working relationships with corporate level Club customers, Buying teams, Customer Replenishment teams and aboveMeet & exceed aggressive sales targetsLead Barcel USA's strategy, long and short term, in Club ChannelGrow Barcel In-Store presence, including new & existing product growthMaximize revenue while adhering to Barcel USA's trade budget & promotional guardrail requirementsCollaborate with internal teams to develop and execute Club specific initiativesP&L responsibility for customersFoster relationships with key customer contacts across multiple departments as needed.Work in partnership with shared resources assigned to this positionCompliance with Barcel USA policies and proceduresQualifications

What Is Expected of Me
Knowledge of Club Channel and/or Grocery in a CPG environment (4 + years)Career trajectory of delivering results and increasing responsibilityStrong negotiation and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to influence and persuade.Warehouse/CDC experience preferredPower User Excel & PowerPointAbility to deliver compelling & persuasive presentationsAbility to gather insights from data & translate them into convincing storiesStrong collaborator, team-oriented
