They are responsible forbuilding and implementing a talent strategy for the business unitsthey support, and for implementing talent programs, products, andstrategies through consultative partnership.Key QualificationsYou will take the opportunity for effective implementation oftalent initiatives, tools, and processes and lead by exampleby being a positive role model in culture and behaviorDemonstrable ability to prioritize workload and managemultiple projects while demonstrating flexibility andadaptability according to the changing needs and priorities ofthe organizationProven track record of building effective businesspartnerships in a consultative model with a foundation forcoaching and facilitation skillsSome overnight travel requiredKey competencies: Customer Focus , Dealing withAmbiguity, Organizational Agility, Managing Vision andPurpose, Presentation Skills, Business AcumenDescription- Influences and develops leaders to promote a performanceculture through effective utilization of tools such as TalentPlanning, Exchange Journal, Performance Reviews and TotalCompensation Planning.- Ensures effective implementation, integration and feedback ofCenter of Excellence solutions.- Provides consultative support around available talent resourcesand tools to reach solutions.- Consults on the performance management and development ofGlobal Retail Support employees using Lominger tools andresources.- Works with leaders to understand and articulate employeeengagement feedback and data to improve overall culture andwork environment.- Uses data to make recommendations and identify trends andfocuses for the Talent team.- Provides support and guidance on strategic changes.- Builds leadership capability through coaching, advice andlearning events.- Facilitates leadership development training, leads talentplanning process and outcomes with follow-up actions.- Partners with Recruitment on internal talent pipeline andplanning.- Curates development experiences in partnership with GlobalRetail Support leadership teams to support development plans.- Leads globally aligned programs and ensures effectiveimplementation of client development suite of products.- Diagnoses development needs and executes a comprehensivedevelopment strategy inclusive of individualized learning,classroom learning, and other learning methods. Is an expert inclient development tools.- Executes field-based research, including in-classroom or on-thejob observation, focus groups and interviews, and needsassessments. Provides organization development supportthrough business changes.Education & ExperienceBachelors degree and HR management leadership experience ispreferred.
