Executive Assistant
Responsibilities:•Manage Executives' calendar and appointments•Arrange domestic travel arrangements and accommodations for Executives•Plan and schedule meetings and conference calls on behalf of Executives•Plan events and conferences to include venue coordination, catering, hotel blocks and contracts, travel coordination, itineraries, event vendor management, budgeting, etc.•Manage expense report process to include preparation and approval•Prepare and edit email correspondence, draft letters as needed, manage inbox•Ensure accurate notes and meeting minutes are recorded and distributed•Prepare PowerPoint presentations and other deliverables for meetings•Run ad hoc reports and monitor data for accuracy and completion•Assist with compliance measures for different processes•Work with corporate HR team on hiring forms, onboarding, pay discrepancies, training coordination, reporting, and other tasks as needed•Act as a liaison between internal and external contacts•Hold all work-related information confidential•Provide additional support to the executive team as directed
Qualifications:•Bachelor or Associate Degree preferred•5-7 years of administrative support•1-3 years of experience supporting an Executive•Proficient on Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)•Excellent attention to detail and accuracy essential•Strong written and oral communication skills•Strong organization and prioritization skills•Excellent customer service skills•High level of professionalism
