Job DescriptionHospitality Spotlight is working with a luxury hotel in California and looking for a bilingual hotel Human Resource Director.
The Work:
Lead by example at all levels of executionManage, develop and train the HR teamCreate and manage all HR functions including: Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development, Employee Relations and RecruitingRelationship building with all departmentsOrganizational DevelopmentAdditional responsibilities are requiredWhat you've already done (requirements):
Luxury/upscale hotel experience required6+ years of experience as Director of Human Resource with a luxury/upscale full-service brand hotelBilingual: Fluent in English and SpanishThinks critically and objectively; has excellent problem solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions based on business demandsHas a passion for hospitality, demonstrated by a progressive hotel careerDeveloped interpersonal, adaptive influencing and supervisory management skillsTechnology and social media savvyInvolvement with the HR community and knowledgeable of HR practices and proceduresTeam player with the ability to multitaskExcellence in business ethics and integrityB.A. DegreeHR Certifications preferredCompensation:
Yearly salary base range of 155k - 175k
