Overview:

The Senior Director, Operations Finance is responsible for leading the finance organization across eight production facilities and Supply Chain. This position has four direct reports along with team members across the manufacturing footprint. The position has a matrix-reporting relationship with the Chief Supply Chain Officer and is a member of the Supply Chain Leadership. Day-to-day interactions are primarily with the Operations & Supply Chain team. Functions supported include Manufacturing, Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Customer Service.Responsibilities:Serve as primary Finance & Accounting support lead for the Chief Supply Chain Officer and actively participate as a key member of the Supply Chain Leadership Team.Lead in product costing updates (ie, standard costs)Lead overall monthly close process for all Total Delivered Cost (Cost of Goods Sold plus Logistics) items.Provide forecast projections for all Total Delivered Cost items for all major financial updates, and ad hoc as requested.Coordinate annual budgeting and MTP (medium-term plan) financial and accounting processes for all Total Delivered Cost items.Lead the Operations finance team on preparing capital project analysisAlong with the manufacturing controllers, ensure financial controls are implemented and adhered toWorking closely with Manufacturing and Supply Chain organization to ensure accuracy on inventory (FG, RM, Spare parts)Assist as needed on ad-hoc requestsQualifications:

Requires a Bachelors degree in business, finance, accounting or related field AND a minimum of ten years of prior management experience. An MBA or CPA designation is preferred, but not required.Experience in manufacturing environment required. Preferably in food manufacturing but not required.Demonstrated technical expertise and industry knowledge in cost accounting, general accounting, and financial planning & analysis.Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required. Experience with J.D. Edwards or other large automated ERP software systems strongly preferred. Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams and Power BI preferred.Excellent written and oral communication skills including business presentations and negotiations across a broad audience of internal and external constituents.Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.Demonstrated ability leading large teams across geographically dispersed locations.Range $200,000 to $220,000#INDONT
