Have a desire to work outside enjoying the land of the midnight sun?! How our rail cars look plays a huge part in the overall guest experience and success of our operations. You will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of our domed rail cars.

ResponsibilitiesPerforms a variety of entry-level cleaning and detailing tasks.Routinely, cleans outside of rail cars, collects and disposes garbage, and performs sewage disposal.Routinely cleans outside of rail cars using water hoses and scissor lifts.Perform black water removal from rail cars.Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines.Performs a variety of cleaning and detailing tasks on company vehicles and buildings.Conduct end of night procedures including nightly cleaning and organizing checklist, proper storage of all tools and successful checkout with supervisor.Requirements

Must be able to lift 25 lbs.Must pass a pre-employment background check.Minimum age of 18 years required to reside in company housing, where available.Participates in HAP's sustainability program, aka "Sustain Alaska & the Yukon", and efforts by actively recycling (where available), reducing waste, and educating guests about our commitment to the environment.Participate in HAP's safety culture to ensure a safe workplace for all team members and a safe vacation experience for all guests.Dedicated to delivering excellent customer service to all guests, coworkers, and vendors.Dedicated commitment to a diverse, equitable and inclusive work environment.Must be eligible to work in the United States.
