**Position**: Chief Operating Officer (COO)
**Job Details**:
* Ensure efficient, customer-focused workflows, processes, resident systems, and programming.* Foster teamwork and develop plans for operational systems, processes, and personnel assignments to accommodate organizational growth and strategic planning objectives, prioritizing patient care.* Represent the Hospital CEO in their absence or as assigned, coordinating significant portions of the hospital organization and communicating a shared vision to all stakeholders.* Promote high performance expectations for the leadership team to improve patient care quality and efficiency.* Provide leadership in the development, implementation, and oversight of standards, systems, policies, and procedures aligned with the organization's strategic plan.* Achieve revenue goals, cost objectives, and market share targets in assigned departments/service lines.* Optimize resource utilization, including people, capital, and knowledge, to achieve organizational objectives while scaling and standardizing services.* Demonstrate competency in strategic planning and goal/objective development, aligning departmental goals with the Hospital's mission and strategic plan.* Develop and maintain positive relations with physicians, actively participating in physician retention and recruitment.* Maintain professional affiliations and contacts to stay updated on current trends, changes, and legislation.

**Submission Requirements**:* **MUST HAVE CURRENT ACUTE CARE HOSPITAL EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED**.* Masters of Business Administration, Business, or Hospital Administration (extensive experience considered in lieu of).* Minimum of five years of progressive experience in a similar role in an acute care hospital/facility.* Multi-functional experience in an acute care hospital with experience growing service lines.
