Job Type Full-timeDescriptionCNC set-up and run machinist for quick turn prototype and mid volume production parts. Shifts available: M-Fr 6AM-2:30PM and Swing Shift: M-F 2PM-1030PM.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: To include but not limited to the following:- CNC mill set-up and operation of parts with varying complexity and precision (mostly high precision)- Custom or standard fixture development and setup, dial in fixtures.- Run production parts as needed.- Use of custom FSW tooling, verify height offsets and tools.- 5s and department cleanliness.- Installation of lids/kits prior to friction stir welding.- Loading and unloading heavy parts and fixtures.RequirementsJOB QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE AND TECHNICAL SKILLS: - Must have 1+ years experience in precision CNC Machining.- Experienced in the set-up and run of both 3 and 4 axis vertical CNC mills.- Excellent print reading skills.
