Admin Assistant III , working in
Pharmaceuticals and Medical Products
industry in
1 Discovery Drive, Swiftwater, Pennsylvania, 18370, United States .
Provides administrative support requiring a complete knowledge of department functions. Prepares grammatically correct correspondence, reports, tables, and analyses. Exercises discretion in handling of confidential material and information. Executes purchase order and invoice administration. Responsible for organization and maintenance of department filing system including potentially confidential data and GMP critical information.

Experience Required for Your Success
HS Diploma (College degree preferred) Experience in working on a CAPEX / Construction Project Team 3-6 years experience MS Office Suite, specifically an in depth knowledge of Excel and associated macros
