This role is based in Venice, FL and there is a preference for a local/commutable candidate however we will consider 100% remote for the right candidate. Our client is a rapidly growing private wealth manager for high-net-worth individuals and families with over 1B in assets under management.They have many ideas for how they want to grow the business but they don't know where to start in terms of execution. As their Director of Marketing, you will work closely with the leadership team to curate this marketing vision into a short list of executable marketing plans. E.g. Online marketing, webinars, social media, print media, conferences, events, and other profitable channels.You will also be helping them create branding, messaging, and content around an exclusive luxury service catering to ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families that is going to be a significant growth driver for the firm moving forward.You will walk in with a blank slate to implement technology and processes, set the foundation for the future success of this firm to grow 2-3X over the next few years, and literally build the marketing vertical from the ground up. At the same time, you will be starting with a well-respected brand locally that has a great reputation and a history of tremendous success.Responsibilities:Develop the annual marketing and communications plan, including budget and calendar.Work with Executive Management to determine brand strategy. Curates the brand personality and manages the brand/style standards.Create and drive online marketing strategy/executionSupport senior management in driving strategic initiatives including client segmentation and service model refinement to support the growth of the firm.Manage multiple social media platforms and grows target audiences.Promote the firm's educational programs, including webinars.Create and maintain marketing materials, including social media posts, email campaigns, website content, etc.Analyze the usage of various media sources and makes recommendations to executive management as necessary.Organize and plan company conferences, client events and COI events.Manage the company's charitable events budget and recommend events for inclusion.Requirements:10+ years of experience leading marketing at a consumer-focused company or agency. Knowledge of Financial Services or the luxury goods/service segment would be ideal.Strategic marketing leader who knows where to outsource but is also able to roll up their sleeves in a small company environment.Commercially-Minded. Connects the dots between marketing and the bottom line of the business.Candor and Executive Presence to push back. Pragmatic about what is achievable.Proficiency with various marketing software applications. Salesforce CRM is being used but this can be changed.
