Position Overview:

The Marketing Specialist will play a pivotal role in executing marketing strategies and initiatives to promote Tru Spec Global’s brand and products. This role involves managing marketing activities such as trade shows, catalog production, social media presence, and other promotional efforts to enhance our brand visibility and engagement. This is not a Remote Position. Office will be located in Kings Mountain, NC.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Campaigns & Strategy:

Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales growth.

Create and manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, and events.

Trade Shows & Events:

Coordinate and support the planning and execution of trade shows, industry conferences, and other relevant events.

Manage logistics, booth setup, and on-site operations to ensure successful event participation.

Catalogs & Collateral:

Oversee the production of product catalogs, brochures, and other marketing materials.

Collaborate with design teams to ensure that all materials are aligned with brand standards and effectively communicate product features.

Social Media Management:

Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance Tru Spec Global’s online presence and engagement.

Create and curate content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

Monitor social media metrics and trends to optimize performance and drive engagement.

Content Creation & Management:

Generate engaging content for various marketing channels, including website, email campaigns, and blogs.

Ensure content is consistent with brand messaging and resonates with target audiences.

Market Research & Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

Analyze marketing data and performance metrics to inform strategic decisions and optimize marketing efforts.

Administrative & Coordination:

Manage marketing projects and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.

Maintain marketing calendars, track deadlines, and ensure timely execution of tasks.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

2-4 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on branding and social media management.

Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content creation.

Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred:

Experience in the tactical or service apparel industry.

Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and marketing automation tools.

Knowledge of email marketing strategies.

$65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
