Position Overview:
Diamond Athletics is seeking a dynamic and creative Part-Time Marketing Director to lead and execute our marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cheer and tumble, a strong understanding of the local market, and a proven ability to create compelling marketing campaigns that drive engagement and growth. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to contribute to the success of a growing athletic organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies:
Create and execute a comprehensive marketing plan to increase brand awareness, attract new members, and promote upcoming events and programs.
Content Creation:
Design and manage content for social media, email campaigns, and the company website, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
Social Media Management:
Oversee all social media channels, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance analysis.
Event Promotion:
Coordinate marketing efforts for events, competitions, and special programs, including advertising, sponsorships, and partnerships.
Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data to inform future strategies and optimize performance.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the management team to align marketing initiatives with business goals and ensure a cohesive brand image.
Qualifications:
Experience:
3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the sports or fitness industry.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Skills:
Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, and SEO.
Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Personal Attributes:

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
