LEAD BAKERFarmers Table is looking for a highly skilled professional baker.Must have minimum 2 years of experience working in a high-volume bakery. This is a scratch bakery, every product is produced in-house. Knowledge of vegan baking is a plus but not required. The ideal candidate has a passion for baking and loves to make beautiful desserts. A strong technical skill set is required. Must be able to follow exact recipes and produce the same quality product on a daily basis.
JOB DUTIES
Produce the daily par of desserts for the restaurant
Weekly production of desserts for banquets
Able to create specialty cakes for all occasions (no wedding cakes)
Able to handle high volume production in a professional calm manner
Takes responsibility for the final product
Must be able to work independently and complete the daily production
Weekly Schedule- to be discussed at the interview
