Our client, a $20M privately held company is searching for a CFO to join their team.
The CFO will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for managing and overseeing all financial affairs of the organization and contribute to the long term growth and profitability of the company.
Primary Responsibilities:
Responsible for financial reporting and analysis
Develop and analyze financial controls, projections, and budgeting to safeguard company assets
Maintain and implement accounting policies and procedures
Handle special projects and ad hoc reporting
Financial analysis, review and complete due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and the establishment of new divisions within the company
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
MBA or CPA is preferred, but not required
Minimum of 10 years related experience with a multi divisional company
Strong leadership and management skills
Must have strong inventory management experience
Experience implementing new software systems
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to prepare and present financial analysis and projections to company owners and banks
Knowledge of e-automate and/or QuickBooks highly preferred
