About the Role
Strategically drive strong results to meet and/or exceed monthly and yearly sales targets, and ensure the highest level of client service is always delivered
Support the client experience in the salon, and work collectively to contribute to the salon’s goals
Develop and implement a strategy and personal business plan, including key metrics to achieve your targets
Identify and cultivate new and existing clients, creating opportunities for networking
Represent the brand at community/philanthropic events with integrity and a sense of ownership
Translate time invested in the community into appointment-driven sales
Utilize tools provided to ensure client and prospect information is timely and accurate
Stay current in the worlds of art, healthcare, education, and other philanthropic organizations within our community
Provide superior service to all clients, with exceptional communication and follow up
What You Bring to the Team
Proven record of cultivating relationships and success in selling to high-net-worth individuals
Previous success in entrepreneurial thinking and growing your personal business
Confidence in meeting and connecting with high potential prospects and clients in a social setting
Ability to work independently with a self-starter mentality
Knowledge and experience in travel, arts, and fine dining is a plus
Flexible to retail working hours, and evenings for events as needed
Demonstrated success in partnering with other departments
Pay TransparencyThe targeted base compensation is $80,000 base plus a generous, uncapped commission plan. The total compensation package is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Our Work EnvironmentOur workplace is clean, orderly, appropriately lighted and ventilated with the proper safety compliance. Noise levels are considered low and daily physical activities are considered light: office work, seldom lifting up to 25 pounds, bending, stooping, kneeling, or walking. Employees must have the stamina to work long hours if assigned. Hours and days of work may vary by position.
