Quoting Specialist
with a client based in the greater Chicago area.
This would likely be a
full-time, fully remote
, and around a 3-month
contract
opportunity with the potential to extend. The pay for this position is expected to be
$25/hr - $31/hr .
What
You’ll Do:
Manage transactional operations of quotes
Responsible for answering presales technical questions while educating account managers on the products, services and resources to help them become as self-sufficient as possible.
Respond to email or phone inquiries from Business Development Managers, Account Managers, ATAEs, Solution Architects
Work closely with Managed Services Service Delivery, the OEM and our delivery partner
Provide a full quote with minimum sale price to seller for and recommend additional margin
Manage lead lists to maximize time, effort and sales
Work with other Product Specialists to better serve customers
Engage and cultivate business relationships with Sellers
Track and manage sales forecasts
Conduct conference calls and customer presentations as necessary
Identify improvements to the quoting process
Work as part of the CTS Team to improve the offer and operations
Engage and cultivate business relationships with partners
Work with Service Delivery to identify additional skill sets that should be added to the Service Delivery team
What You’ll Need:
1+ year of experience in Sales or Sales Support
College Degree or equivalent experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Products
Ability to develop and deliver presentations to small and large groups
History of balancing multiple priorities simultaneously with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business while meeting deadlines
Experience in technology sales (Preferred)
Familiarity with competitive products (Preferred)
