Vice President of Sales

A day in the life!

You will be responsible for the following:Successful coaching and developing the sales team to effectively manage the entire sales cycle, including lead generation & qualification, refinement of presentations and messaging, RFP responses, pricing & packaging, negotiation, and forecastingAn executive presence and leadership style that instills confidence in clients, teammates, and senior leadershipAccurate forecasting of current quarter & fiscal year sales performanceDeveloping and administering of sales strategies to increase pipeline and bookings for inside and outside sales with cross functional partners including Marketing, Sales Ops, Professional Services, Compensation, Client Success and moreAccelerating the closure of sales opportunitiesAssessing market potential and identify new business opportunities and synergiesMonitoring the competitive landscape and market conditions to identify opportunities, issues, and risks in order to recommend tactical strategiesResponding to the needs and requests of clients and WellSky management and staff in a professional and expedient mannerProviding clear, critical feedback and developing a high functioning sales team to consistently achieve and or exceed team quotas

Do you have what it takes?

Required Qualifications:10-12 years of related work experience5-6 years people management work experienceBachelor’s DegreeA track record of success in large complex sales with top team and individual leaderboard finishesTraveling up to 50%Strong CRM/Salesforce ExperienceStrong computer skills (Office, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:5 years of healthcare sales experience
