**Inventory Analyst - Broken Arrow, OK****Location:** Broken Arrow, OK, US, 74014-5940 **Duties and Responsibilities*** Maintain procedures that will result in continued compliance* Perform audits of 3rd party vendors holding Hubbell stock* Lead monthly inventory reduction team meetings* Lead the internal scrap process including approvals and disposal* Take control of the 30-60-90 day project information to assure that:+ Communicate all pertinent information to scheduling, production, marketing and engineering personnel+ Gather all quote tracking information to stay on top of all projects that may impact the forecast+ Lead daily cycle counts.+ Reconcile count variances noted between the perpetual and actual count records; this will include but not be limited to resolving root causes of deviations+ Correct stock count discrepancies within the system+ Maintain and publish cycle count accuracy reporting to partners and management team+ Track and report location and zero bin audits+ Coordinate and follow up on efforts to define, set and maintain system parameters including the addition of codes for inactive and zero on hand items, set ABC classification codes, and enter count frequencies+ Identify improvements vital for the successful sustainment of the cycle counting program**Skills and Experience*** Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a four-year college or university* 2+ years of hands-on experience in a warehouse distribution environment to perform cycle counts and variance analysis is a plus* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)* Experience working in an ERP system; SAP preferred* Strong problem solving and analytical skills* Ability to collaborate across multiple teams
