The ideal candidate will be able to process and execute instructions with few errors. This role could be working in any area of the warehouse including, but not limited to receiving, picking, packing, pull down, put away, inventory/quality control, and facilities. The warehouse is open from 7am to 5pm Monday-Friday and Full-Time shift is typically 7:30am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday. Salary range is $17 to $20 per hour.Employees at all levels are expected to:Understand our Operating Principles; make them the guidelines for how you do your job.Own the customer experience think and act in ways that put our customers first, give them seamless options at every touchpoint, and make them promoters of our products and services.Be enthusiastic experts and advocates of our commercial products and services, inclusive of our digital tools and experiences.Win as a team make big things happen by working together and being open to new ideas.Be an active part of the Net Promoter System a way of working that brings more employee and customer feedback into the company by joining huddles, making call backs and helping us elevate opportunities to do better for our customers.Drive results and growth.Respect and promote inclusion and diversity.Do what's right for each other, our customers, investors and our communities.Core Responsibilities:Unload delivery vehicles and check in merchandiseOrganize stock within the warehouse by properly unboxing, labeling, and storing goods in their designated locationMaintain accurate records of products that have been stocked and provide management with an accurate representation of all goods shipped and receivedVerify all incoming shipments to be accurate by comparing the invoice to the order and ensure all goods are in excellent conditionMonitor and report any missing or lost inventory to managementOrganize and sort items on shelving, bins and overhangs according to company standardsAccurately maintain company database including all stock and warehouse itemsPrepare customer orders by processing orders, pulling materials, packing boxes, placing customer orders in delivery area for pick-upProperly pack items to be shipped according to company standards to ensure they arrive in excellent conditionAssist in conducting cycle counts to insure inventory accuracyDocument and process return shipmentsMaintain a clean and safe warehouse environmentEducationHigh school diploma or equivalent Experience2+ years previous Warehouse Experience.
