This role will focus on accelerating key strategic cross-SBSEG Product Innovation initiatives, starting with Product Excellence across all of SBSEG.We are looking for a creative problem solver with a passion for tackling tough customer problems to join our team and serve as a program leader, with responsibility for delivering both technical and business outcomes by driving for clarity among chaos and uniting cross-functional teams to operate with velocity.Responsibilities
Kickstart SBSEG wide programs, aligning disparate leaders and programs on program outcomes.Collaborate with key stakeholders across SBSEG teams to effectively drive towards program outcomes.Thrive in establishing order and clarity amongst ambiguity and chaos.E2E thinker with the ability to drive results and lead change across SBSEG teams, with the ability to influence both Directors and VPs.Develop (and iterate with continuous improvements) a complex program structure; Drive a program operating rhythm to bring together complex, cross-organizational teams to achieve outcomes with velocity and scale.Quickly and effectively identify and clarify the critical issues and dependencies that need action and drive them through to closure. Communicate results clearly and in actionable form. Effectively balance business needs versus technical constraints.Anticipate, recognize, and work through resistance or setbacks independently.Communicate progress across the organization and at all levels; includes program status, risks, dependencies and change control.Strong Technical Program Management team leadership experience, including 5 or more years leading multiple complex software-as-a-service (Saas) development projects.Ability to influence at all levels and without direct authority, lead end-to-end, and bend seamlessly between strategic and tactical work.Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment and ability to build strong partnerships across organizations in delivering the best outcome of complex programs.Outstanding communication skills appropriate for executive-level audiences, strong presentation skills and compelling storytelling abilities. Able to visually communicate complex topics and influence stakeholders to take action.Ability to rally teams behind your execution plan, communicate a clear story of challenges and opportunities, and align executive teams on program outcomes.Good understanding of SaaS technologies or demonstrated ability to collaborate with engineering teams on complex technology programs with Kanban, Agile and Scrum development methodologies.Experience with large horizontal programs in close partnership with senior leaders.Domain expertise in some (or all) of the SBSEG composite Apps is a plus.
