Miami (Hybrid)Salary: $70,000 to $95,000 per year, with potential flexibility based on experienceTerrific Director/Manager of Grants Administration position with a large foundation committed to strengthening the communities of South Florida and furthering philanthropic initiatives across the country. The foundation serves as the intermediary for grantors and grantees, managing the full lifecycle of charitable projects of all sizes. This role will provide grants administration to a portfolio of fiscal sponsorship projects on a national level. Typical responsibilities for this position will include managing a portfolio of projects and serving as the main point of contact with key stakeholders, including funders and grantees. This role will also oversee due diligence, grant reporting, budgeting, and payment processing. The position will be at either the Director or Manager level, based on experience. Ideal candidates will be customer service oriented and have exceptional relationship building skills. Candidates should have approximately 7+ years of related grant-making and/or fiscal sponsorship experience.
Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask are essential for this role. This position currently operates on a hybrid schedule. The salary for this position is $70,000 to $95,000 per year, with potential flexibility based on experience.Responsibilities:
Serve as the liaison between the organization and grantors/grantees to manage grant-funded programs and projects
Manage a portfolio of fiscal sponsorship projects
Lead and oversee all payment processing for various funds
Provide due diligence and reporting for outgoing and incoming grants
Serve as a liaison between the foundation and external partners, including grantors and grantees of projects
Provide guidance on IRS rules and regulations related to foundations and funds
Manage and mentor grants administration staff (Director-level only)
Qualifications:
Approximately 7+ years of relevant grant-making experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Excellent project management and multi-tasking skills
Stellar relationship building and customer service skills
Passionate about making an impact in communities
Experience with grants administration and CRM software
